COVID-19 COSTUME HIRE AND RETURNS 
While we pride ourselves of our thorough  and careful maintenance and laundry methods used within our premises, we are obliged to inform our customers that any items worn on direct skin, such as uniform shirts and t-shirts must be laundered before they make their way back to our stock room.
This is to ensure that our staff is protected from bacteria or dirt coming from unknown locations.
Please be advised that failing to do so will result in the additional charge of the replacement value of the item to your invoice after returns are processed.
We hope you understand our predicament and we will be monitoring carefully this situation on a month to month basis, until it is completely safe to do returns as normal.
